“Sukiyaki” is a 1960’s pop song by crooner Kyu Sakamato, when things feel hopeless, I listen to “Sukiyaki” and feel comforted.

I’ve always been intimidated by the idea of canvassing. No matter how much I’ve supported political candidates in the past, whether on a national or local level, I’ve just never felt informed enough to knock on someone’s door and convince them to share my opinion.

We’re perhaps best known nationally as the school with the worst socioeconomic diversity measures in the country; we’re a part of the problem this proposal is confronting.

In the spirit of Bad Things Nobody Wants To Talk About, our staff came up with a list of potential political costumes you can wear to a ~lit~ and probably nonexistent Monday-night party to ensure that everybody will hate you (more than they already do).
