The No. 9 WashU women’s tennis team hosted Grinnell College and Kenyon College in the opening weekend of the NCAA tournament on May 10 and 11. With two dominant wins, the Bears advanced to the Elite 8 and the NCAA Division III championship weekend for the second consecutive season.
A year after winning its first ITA Indoor championship, the Washington University men’s tennis team fell short of duplicating the result as it placed third in the 2015 tournament over the weekend in St. Peter, Minn.
The Washington University men’s tennis team took both the singles and doubles titles at the 2008 Wilson/Intercollegiate Tennis Association Central Region Championships, a tournament which the team also hosted, this weekend.
