This fall, Refresh, previously known as Bear Cuts, opened its doors on the South 40 after undergoing a summer of rebranding. The new model strives to give clients “comfort, connection and community” with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality services.

When I got to Washington University, I never really had a plan for haircuts. I figured I’d get it cut when I went home or I’d just pop into Bear Cuts and ask for the bare minimum. That was until I met Jasmine Hill, a professional haircare specialist at Bear Cuts.

Bear Cuts, a student-owned hair salon offering a variety of services, will become the newest addition to the Gregg storefronts this fall.
