No. 5 golf team places sixth in Historic Triangle Invitational, Jessy Young excels

The No. 5 WashU women’s golf team placed sixth with a combined two-day score of 36 over par at the Historic Triangle Invitational on Oct. 20-21. After a strong third-place performance at the Hollins Cup on Oct. 12-14, WashU looked to continue its momentum heading into the last tournament of the fall season.

Football falls to North Central 41-14

North Central has also been a historically unfavorable matchup for the Bears, who have a 1-10 all-time record against the Cardinals. North Central continued their streak of dominance against the Bears in 2025, defeating WashU 41-14.

Moore shines, Carter breaks record as WashU defeats Carroll in final CCIW season opener

The WashU football team defeated Carroll University 41-29 on Sept. 20, improving to 2-0 on the season. Junior quarterback Levi Moore led the Bears wire to wire, throwing for 215 years, four touchdowns, and no interceptions. Moore also led the Bears in rushing, netting 114 yards in the contest.
