Student Union released the results of its fall election Nov. 8, making the announcement three days after online voting, Nov. 5, in an unusually long delay caused by what SU described as a “technical error.”

Student Union passed an amendment to expand the size of the Senate while rejecting an amendment to expand the size of Treasury in a joint session Tuesday night.
Treasury will vote Tuesday on whether to approve a statutory amendment to Student Union’s constitution that would put more oversight on how the vice president of finance can allocate long-term savings. The amendment would specifically require the approval of the Executive Council on any long-term savings expenditures over $5,000.
