The Bears twice squandered late leads against St. Thomas, but players and observers say the weekend is a sign of good things to come for the program.
The Washington University women’s soccer team suffered its first regular season defeat since October 2017, losing in double overtime, St. Thomas on Saturday. Still, the Red and Green bounced right back on Sunday with a 6-1 blowout of Transylvania and are now 3-1-1 on the young season.
