The Bears twice squandered late leads against St. Thomas, but players and observers say the weekend is a sign of good things to come for the program.

The Bears beat Johns Hopkins but fell to St. Thomas in walk-off fashion. The team will take on Adrian College Sunday.

While they are not guaranteed an automatic bid spot in the NCAA postseason due to the UAA not having a conference tournament, head coach Pat Bloom is confident that the Bears will be rewarded for their strength of schedule and their high win percentage.
