The green line is as important as the red line

The word “Israel” was mentioned 36 times in last Monday’s foreign policy debate between President Barack Obama and Governor Mitt Romney. The word “Palestinians” was mentioned only once, and the word “Iran” was uttered so many times that I lost count. The rhetoric around Israel was centered on the external threat that it faces from the possibility of a nuclear Iran.
