A Washington University student was punched in the face by a non-University affiliated man without provocation, per the Washington University Police Department (WUPD), Oct. 15. 

The Washington University Police Department (WUPD) Chief of Police Angela Coonce presented for the Student Union (SU) Senate on Tuesday, Feb. 14, giving an overview of WUPD procedural practices and upcoming projects. 

Student Union Senate hosted Associate Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Dean of Students Rob Wild Tuesday to discuss safety and address student concerns following a spike in crime over the weekend.

Teaching Racial Understanding Through Honesty and Student Union held a discussion on community policing with police leaders from the Washington University Policy Department, the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department and Washington University faculty and administration in Umrath Lounge Oct. 17.
