Washington University in St. Louis Parking & Transportation Services unveiled a new policy banning the use of electric scooters and other motorized transportation devices on campus earlier this week.
Washington University Parking & Transportation Services and Washington University Police Department (WUPD) are each introducing services to increase the connectedness and safety of North Campus and its surrounding neighborhoods.
Washington University released its updated parking plan for the 2019-2020 school year, which includes expanding access to parking to sophomores and students living in non-University owned off-campus housing April 24.
The Washington University campus circulator began following a revised timetable this week, after shuttle drivers and students raised concerns about the reliability of its schedule. The circulator bus, which previously ran every 16 minutes, will now run every 20 minutes, according to Stephanie Hunter, transportation operations supervisor in Parking and Transportation Services.
