WashU’s COVID guidelines remain unchanged from the fall semester despite an increase in COVID cases. Students have voiced a need for more guidance regarding COVID protocols and quarantining processes.
Masks have come in all different designs and material—plain black masks, crocheted masks, superhero masks, tie-dyed masks. We even hear there are South 40 masks swirling around out there. Whatever it looks like, we want to see yours.
“Ugh.” That is possibly the most common thought, emotion and state of being at Washington University these days. Take a break from working and try these self care activities to remember that in order to be the best version of yourself, you not only need to feed your mind, but also your soul.
