Chancellor Andrew Martin launched “Endowment 101,” a three part series on his official blog designed to explain how Washington University’s endowment works this semester.

After years of student efforts to increase endowment transparency, the Washington University Investor Responsibility Advisory Committee (WIRAC) passed all five proposed resolutions at its first voting meeting Friday.

The Washington University Students for Endowment Transparency met with administrators last November in hopes of increasing endowment transparency and holding the University accountable for making socially responsible investments.
