Kids on Campus, Washington University’s sketch comedy group, had their semesterly show in the Village Black Box March 3 and 4. Audiences were treated to 15 sketches, making for an hour and a half of comedic ingenuity.
When a line starts forming two hours before doors open for a show, it’s obvious that the show is something worth waiting for.
In response to pressure from the First Year Center to eliminate smaller pre-orientation programs, Raise Your Voice—an improv comedy and slam poetry program—became available to freshmen for the first time this year.
While the Campus Programming Council’s (CPC) fall comedy show has taken place for the past two years on the first Friday of classes, the group has yet to announce this semester’s artist. In addition, the venue has not been confirmed, and the show has not yet been scheduled.
