Local pop-up restaurants and artisan booths lined the streets of the Delmar Maker District as live music played and people of all ages celebrated the revival of Delmar Boulevard for this year’s Delish on Delmar. The festival, held on Friday, Oct. 18, welcomed various food vendors, local boutiques, and musicians from around St. Louis in an effort to showcase the sounds, smells, and tastes that St. Louis has to offer.

The Mildred Lane Kemper Art Museum has unveiled its newest exhibit, titled “Design Agendas: Modern Architecture in St. Louis, 1930s-1970s.” This exhibit, which will run until January 2025, features multimedia pieces highlighting St. Louis architecture, through the context of social and spatial changes in a post-World War II society.

With the start of the new semester, Uncle Joe’s Peer Counseling & Resource Center announced that they will no longer be providing 24-hour services, a change that was mandated by the Washington University administration. Their new hours of operation are from 7–1 a.m. by phone and from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m in person at their office on the South 40 in Gregg House.
