WashU softball captured two wins at NCAA Regionals before dropping the second two games by one run.
Baseball lost 12-2 to Fontbonne to conclude their season. “We didn’t meet our standards, and we’re far from where we want to be as a program, and far from where we’ve been,” head coach Pat Bloom said.
The team’s ERA slots them in the top 25 of all Division III pitching staffs. Opponents have a .208 batting average against WashU’s pitchers and have scored 81 runs in comparison to WashU’s 231.
The team struggled over the weekend against local and conference rivals. “We just have not been able to replace what we had last year, and I didn’t think we would; we’re just really struggling to find it right now,” head coach Pat Bloom said.

After competing in eleven regular season matchups, the Washington University swimming and diving team is heading to the UAA championships to compete against some of the best teams in Division III.

When Hardy first practiced with the Bears in October, he could barely jump off the ground. Now, he’s back to being an integral part of the Bears’ team.
