SAVE THE DATE: STUDENT LIFE REUNION

Planning is well under way for the Student Life reunion. Events in the works include….

Friday night… Reception in Karl Umrath Hall. A look back on 125 years of Student Life and lots of mingling.


Saturday… Baseball game if the Cardinals are in town, softball if they’re not … Panel discussion about an issue in the news … open conversation between current editors and alumni who have gone on to careers in journalism about how they got there …


Saturday night… Banquet dinner in Holmes Lounge featuring an address byÿcartoonist Mike Peters, an award-winning alumni and an entertaining guy. (For a look at his work: http://www.grimmy.com/welcome.htmlÿ)


Sunday … Brunch in the Women’s Building …ÿ the offices of Student Life will be open for all to see, with editors answering questions. All will be encouraged to stroll the campus and participate in the opening festivities of Founders Week, celebrating Washington University’s 150th anniversary.
