Friday, November 5

8:52 a.m. PROPERTY DAMAGE, STEINBERG ART GALLERY – Graffiti found on construction fence. Disposition: Under investigation.

4:31 p.m. WARRANT ARREST, FORSYTH – Police officer observed vehicle on Brookings Drive that appeared to be cruising the area. Traffic stop resulted in the arrest of one subject in car who had outstanding fugitive warrants. Numerous tools in the vehicle were seized for tool mark comparison. Disposition: Investigation continuing.

Saturday, November 6

1:29 p.m. LARCENY THEFT, LIEN – Student left laptop unattended for six hours. Upon return, laptop was missing. Disposition: Under investigation.

4:32 p.m. DISTURBANCE, THROOP DR. – A student became upset after receiving a ticket from transportation, and proceeded to forcefully bang both of his fists on the rear passenger side window of the transportation van as it was pulling away. Disposition: Referred to the Judicial Administrator.

Sunday, November 7

5:37 p.m. SEXUAL OFFENSE, UMRATH DORM – A student from another university stated that she was sexually assaulted by a WU student while visiting in his dorm room on Nov. 4. Disposition: Under investigation.

Monday, November 8

11:10 a.m. LARCENY-THEFT, PARKING LOT #42 – Victim responded to the Washington University Police Department to report that his license plate tabs had been stolen by unknown person(s). Disposition: Under investigation.

Tuesday, November 9

11:38 a.m. INCIDENT, PARKING LOT #4 – Transportation found a fraudulent daily permit displayed on a vehicle. The vehicle was towed by Hartman’s to their lot. Disposition: Cleared.

Wednesday, November 10

1:03 p.m. LARCENY-THEFT, OLIN LIBRARY – Assistant director of communications for the Olin School of Business reported unknown person(s) stole a picture frame from the foyer near the south main entrance of the building. Theft occurred sometime between 7:30 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 5 and 7:30 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 8. Total loss value of $500. Disposition: Under investigation.

2:06 p.m. RECOVERED PROPERTY, JANUARY HALL – Victim reported that he lost his laptop computer with leather case in Eads Hall. The case was later found in January Hall. Disposition: Under investigation.
