Washington University is registered in U City, Missouri. If it had been considered to be within St. Louis city limits, the city would have probably ranked in the low 30′s for intelligence.
The people in the first half of the video, up until Neil Savalia, demonstrate why Wash U doesn’t push the ranking up further than it does.
