Trimming does not equate sanitary measures. You don't have to trim to "keep it clean". Just do whatever you want as long as its clean and don't pretend to be appalled when you have to go down on a hairy girl there's nothing with that and if there is in your mind you're just an asshole. It's just goddamn hair. Same thing for women too. I like the thesis of this article.
