The actual experience was fun for the kids but this issue came with picking up the items. You pay up front and the employee told me that the items would be ready in 5 days and a call would be made once the items are ready even though their website says 2-3 days. I feel like their system of keeping track of your items is not very efficient. They have you write your name and number and a description of the item on a sheet of paper and the items go on a table with vairous other items. I might have helped if they would tag the item as well, so if a person were to call asking what the status was on their item they could at least tell you if is being glazed or in the kiln and not just "I do know what items you have" I think the owner is very young and you would be better off going somewhere where the attitudes are more professional. The manager of the store kept condradicting herself when I called. First she said someone would call then she said you could possibly get an email, then she proceeds to say it could take longer than 5 days. I don't care if it takes a month, if you give someone a time frame then they will expect it to be done within that time and if it is longer at least have the decency to call and let them know especially since you took their money up front. Like I said, the kids had fun painting but whomever is over this establishment needs to come up with a better system for retrieving your items or learn how to listen to the cutomer because even after discussing the fact of not making promises you can't keep the manager had a horrible attitude.
