He has always tried to be a somebody but has failed at one scheme after another. His father made a nice living at Merrill Lynch, but neither Skip or his younger brother Mark (a heroin addict who is also in prison on unrelated charges) have ever been able to make a living outside of committing crime. By the way, Skip was also busted for possession of cocaine w/ intent to distribute in the early 90's but snitched out his connections to avoid a lengthy prison term. And don't forget about daddy's money, over the years Milton Sr. (a very respectable and nice gentleman) has paid out a small fotune in atty fees for these two hoodlums. Not to mention all of the stuff that Mark stole from his own parents (gold bars, collectables, cash, electronics, and even stole THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS of dollars setting up credit cards in his father's name). I used to work for the building that is connected to where this bombing took place. John Gillis is a really good guy and it is a shame that he was hurt because of some nut job official.
