Here in the UK as I walk the street I see that at least 1 in every 3 people are smoking (much more than I've seen in the USA) . And the UK government is all for Tobacco market control (Because the government is in charge of healthcare and wants to make people smoke less so it doesn't have to pay for their treatment if they get sick- that's the ONLY reason) People will smoke anyway. Maybe even more.All those big warnings about the effects of smoking make some people want to take the risk even more (I've seen it happen). The legislation has clearly been tailored for Philip-Morris and only disguised as an attempt at saving lives. This is obviously not not going to solve any problems.
