		<description>This is obviously not not going to solve any problems. Here in the UK as I walk the street I see that at least 1 in every 3 people are smoking (much more than I&#039;ve seen in the USA) . And the UK government is all for Tobacco market control (Because the government is in charge of healthcare and wants to make people smoke less so it doesn&#039;t have to pay for their treatment if they get sick- that&#039;s the ONLY reason) People will smoke anyway. Maybe even more.All those big warnings about the effects of smoking make some people want to take the risk even more (I&#039;ve seen it happen). The legislation has clearly been tailored for Philip-Morris and only disguised as an attempt at saving lives.</description>
