The front-runners for each party’s presidential nomination converged on St. Louis this weekend in a flurry of campaign stops and town hall meetings.
On Monday, Jan. 28, Chelsea Clinton, daughter of Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Hillary Clinton of New York and former President Bill Clinton, hosted a town hall meeting at Kayak’s Coffee shop across the street from Wash. U. in which she answered questions about her mother’s presidential campaign.

Over 2,000 mock tombstones filled the field in front of the Women’s Building on Friday to protest the war in Iraq. Parent’s weekend marked the third year that the Washington University Peace Coalition has installed the display on campus. Each tombstone carries both the names of a soldier and an Iraqi civilian who have died in the war.
The Bears thumped LaGrange, 33-10, at last Saturday’s home game.
