On Saturday, March 22, the Washington University men’s and women’s tennis teams, led by coaches Roger Follmer and Kelly Stahlhuth, held the third annual Special Olympics Tennis Clinic at the Tao Tennis Center.
The Washington University women’s tennis team had a successful weekend in which the team gave Carthage College a thrashing and upset No. 18 Wheaton College. The team is now 3-1 on the season and ranked 27 in the ITA rankings while Wheaton fell to 10-1 and No. 28.

Washington University’s women’s tennis team opened their season against their rival, 19th ranked University of Chicago on Saturday. Wash U fell 5-4 in a hard-fought battle that came down to the final match.
