It’s not great, but it could be worse. We have above-average academic programs and a below average social scene.

WUPD operates according to a “Use of Force Continuum” in which officers are instructed to use whatever force they deem “reasonably necessary” to bring a situation under control, said Chief Strom. If a person is actively resistant, a Taser can be used.
